I just did a quick domain evaluation which I mainly check the SEO profile and branding around the domain.
Realistically, you're only going to get the renewal price for them, this is down to 3 big factors:
It's likely going to be the case that someone will buy the domain names from you only because they want the name undiecraft as opposed to buying it because its got a good SEO profile, which would boost their website rankings in google
