2 Logos for Server Hosting Site

Hello,

I'm currently building a hosting site and am looking to purchase a couple of logos for use in it. Pay can be discussed, but would prefer to spend $20 - $100. I will give more details to anyone who may be interested, though here is a small list of things I'm thinking of:

- A square icon (preferably 512x512 or 256x256) with the acronym TH inside of it. Preferrably the text would be white and the background would be blue. There should be a small amount of detail in this, however - shading, etc
- Something similar to the one above that is white but a transparent background
