2 Plugins for my server

Hello so today i will be buying to plugins for my server
I have a budget of $5 since these are only small ones.

NoIslandProtection - Removes the protection from islands when using the plugin askyblock but still allows you to build and play on it.

Example of NoIslandProtection - When your playing skyblock and the plugin 'ASkyblock' Is the main plugin for it , you can set a range of how protected the island is and if you reach out of your islands protection rang , you cant build past that. I need that to be disabled for my server since its a new server idea

CrystalKills - Every 5 kills you make you will recive a crystal for it and then when you get to 150 you can upgrade your rank to the next.
I need CrystalKills amount of kills needed to be changeable to suit the server if needed.
The item to be dropped is a nether star and has 5 seconds of protection before being able to be picked up

No , it would be virtual so they pick it up and it runs a command and adds the crystal to there account

With ASkyblock, why not change the island protection range in the config to 0?

Also with CrystalKills use https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/mc-kill-rewards, and setup a reward for every 5 kills the command "/give %player% netherstar 1 name:&a&lCrystal_&c&lKills". Then you could setup a shop keeper using the ShopKeepers plugin, where you can trade a certain amount for an item, so in your case 150 for a rank voucher.

I know it seems like a lot of work, but it's actually really simple, as all of the plugins are user friendly. If you do go with the shop keeper idea, I reccomend OneTimeItem as the voucher plugin.
