2 Spawns.

Hey, so I'd like to buy 2 spawns, and I want them as small as possible, and if I am buying of someone, I need demos of their recent builds etc. A quick overview of what I need is... 2 portal hub. fairly large to run around and jump not to small but small lol. A survival spawn, like the factions spawns where you jump down out of it.. Themes have to be modern. Budget is like $75 because I don't want massive spawns.

A 2 portal hub? You could have a 4 portal hub, but then just block off the other 2 or something?
