Sure!

Something which only needs standard edits, like color scheme edits, change footers and a navigation is at around 20€.
Everything which adjusts to XenForo Theme (which is what you provided in your message) is at around 35€.
From then on it is more of a "how much time it needs" price, for example a Template which heavily modifies a navigation bar starts at 50€.

All in all I can't give a general quote but I hope this will help
