Not many people have those. You would be better off, finding and contacting the owners of servers with ~200 players, and making them an offer to see if they would sell. Though if you want a decent server with that player base, you are looking at an absolute minimum of 3-4k, likely more. Servers like that bring in a good $500-1k a month in donations. Some more depending on how monetised the server is. Therefore they are worth a considerable amount.

You will actually be surprised how many people would, networks been bringing in 5k-20k a month depending on sales/holidays/school breaks/playerbase/advertisements. So on. Playerbase doesn't really matter. As long as the server is making a good profit such as 5k a month, the server can sell for up to 3x the donation within that month.
