BIN: 13k, not really wanting to take less from bidding.

Why?
Personal issues. I recently bought a house, so I've got about $500~ to my name. By choice, I don't profit from my server -- everything it makes I put back into it (mostly development). Seeing as I spent all the money I had invested on my home, I need more cash (to invest)! That's where you -- the server buyer -- comes in.


I feel like I should explain why I've set the BIN at 13k:

It's all I need. True, I could probably get a few more thousand for it, but that's not what I'm after; Curspex has never been about the money for me. I got an awesome experience running an awesome server beside an awesome community. The only profit I take is ordering food, and sometimes presents for people in my life. For the most part, in terms of money, I pretend the server isn't there. I enjoy my other jobs, and I don't want to see running my server as one of them. However, I do need cash, seeing as I just bought a house... Things like home renovation, bills, etc. If you need more information, feel free to HMU on Skype about it. The average bid has been around 10-13k, so I figured it's fair to set my BIN there.

I linked my original appraisal post above, but I forgot to mention that we have a Xenforo license, and a custom website ( http://cur.sx ). The domains that would come with this are pvp.red, pvp.blue, curspex.com, curspex.net, and we could work something out for cur.sx, but I'd rather keep it if possible (to use it as a url shortener).

Legal stuff
If desired, we can have our lawyer write up a contract. I'm also willing to sign saying that I won't open another factions server for at least a year (and honestly I never plan to. I've been running them for as long as Factions has been around, and I'm tired).

Buycraft stats? WE WANT BUYCRAFT STATS!
Buycraft stats can be displayed to you directly, but for the safety and integrity of my users, I'd rather not post them publicly.

It looks like a good server, the spawn is not the type I like for factions but it looks really good! Plugins are good, But I don't see why unique side to it. I feel who ever buys it is mostly playing for the player base. But that's just my opinion.
