Introduction
PrevailPots is a PVP Network that has been focusing on one game-mode, practice. We possess the most extensive and elaborate practice plugin the community has seen yet, and will definitely change the use of practice servers. We haven't seen much uptime due to complex bugs and issues; however, during our open betas, we hit peaks of 200 players with advertising from a single YouTuber. We are hoping to smash those numbers upon our official release.
I am currently searching for a mature and experienced partner to work alongside me to create an imposing network for the PVP community to enjoy. This position will consist of you creating and managing the Hardcore Factions sector of the server.
Requirements and Preferred Attributes
There are a few requirements you must achieve before attempting to apply for this position. Not all of them are required, but definitely help.
- *Required* Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) systems
- MySQL, Crontab, Screens, Apache
- At least 16 years of age
- Mature individual
- Vast understanding of how HCF plays and works
- Experience running a server of some kind.
- Good communication skills
- Flexible schedule
Bonus:
- Knowledge of modifying spigot directly
- Java and plugin development experience
