200x200+ Factions Spawn

Hello,
Today im looking for a Factions spawn that is 200x200 or bigger, it can be smaller, but I prefer a spawn around 200x200.
It doesnt need too much detail, but it should look good.
I prefer non-exlusive, but exlusive would be fine too, as long as its cheap.
