It's all on a floating island, Everywhere is detailed incase users have access to /fly.
This spawn was made for another client but he scammed and we came to an
that we would count it as a refund ( he deleted all copies)

90$ is pretty high for a exclusive even at a 200x200 size. People commission custom builds generally for 70$-90$, so a pre-made is unlikely to sell. Also you must specify a end date for any auctions as per MCM rules.
