Quite frankly, I was not surprised by Trump's election as POTUS.

He's the representation of the American dream.
His message is one of retrieving the glory days of the United States to the extent of the economy, cultural issues, and the position of the United states within the world.
This is what the American people have been asking for - citizens do not believe previous politician-background candidates have delivered.

Alike businesses, I observed more and more individuals voting for Donald Trump solely for his potential establishment of an independent nation run with the concept of consumerism. Individuals known to me have said they believe a business oriented mind will alter the direction of the United States positively.

I am not of legal age to register as a voter and maintain a neutral perspective on the 2016 election.
