1. The website? There is a thing called bootstrap framework, it is used by over a million websites in the world. So a million websites are copying Overcast Network? It was created by twitter for PUBLIC use, not so Overcast could use it privately.
2. We used XML map parsing as our core feature and custom coded the rest of the public game mode.
