Willing to rent out the 20GB for cheap. Dedicated IP will cost you $3 extra per month.

You will be given a Multicraft control panel in order to administrate your server.

Not trying to bash you or anything, but why would you purchase a dedicated server if it is already being used for shared hosting? If you are meaning to say that you are selling shared minecraft hosting for a cheap price, You might want to explain so you can save time not being contacted by offers not pertaining to the actual service you are providing.

I use the server for my own servers (Mostly development, so no load), and I want to rent out the resources that I don't use.

Your title is "Selling cheap hosting (Dedicated server)." this implies you are selling a dedicated server, when infact your renting out space on your dedicated server. May want to fix that.

Bandwidth is a bit slow to have multiple servers?

Also whats the point of buying a dedicated machine to then make it shared?

I currently use it for development mainly, and will be doing so for a couple of months.

250 MBit is enough unless you are running huge servers, and if you run big servers you can buy a dedicated server yourself.
