Because they build those hubs custom to standards. This is prebuilt. And in addition with all do respect the $300 hubs are better quality than this. It is a nice hub however the very costly ones excel in looks more than this.

What about 120$ is that a fair price for a build like this

People who sell lobbies for $200 it's because they add the features that the customer asks them, this is a pre-made lobby, ISN'T WORTH $200.

You see, you don't have a custom build here. Those build teams getting $300 for this type of hub are doing it to the exact specifications of a client. Either way, this doesn't matter as the price your charging is fair, though I do believe it should be lowered to $100

I would explain about the whole premade business being terrible, but it seems others have already done it.
Don't go too low, however, you can always try selling it nonexclusively, its good enough to get you a price of $15-20 per sale. All you need then is patience and a bit of luck to make the same amount of money.
