To be entirely honest I think it looks better in the non-render pics. Got super washed out in the front for some reason. Anyways, maybe I'll lower the starting bid. I think 40 is fair, but eh I'll go 35 anyways. Thanks for your input

Personally I would fix somethings to this hub if you want what you are asking for. First of all i would make something more in the middle, then i would make the path more fancy because its really bland and obvisously word edited. Then I would change some of the little sections where the sugar cane is, it would help making more variety. To sum it up, the wall looks fine but the middle isn't all that great.

Vouch for Arieben. This guy is legit one of the top builders out there, as I have seen so far. His speed is rediculous and yes he uses world edit, but don't we all? ----> World edit does not make your build worth less, it speeds up the process of building it". Quicker procces is happy customer. 1 thing that does bother me isn't the sugarcane but the the 1 tree spammed on the outside. I know Arie is capable of way more, but after all this is a pre-made build and not a commission.

Since he already lowered the BIN to 35$, which I find a reasonable price makes this a nice hub/spawn/lobby for various servers. I bet arie will make several changes to the spawn, if a customer is interested in buying it, to make it more suiteble for the specific server/game.

I could be wrong about this, But it might be because of not everyone is starting up networks left and right. I think it look's pretty good there is some plain parts such as the pathways and in the middle of the pillars and such but overall I think it look's pretty good.
