So you are pitching to a site full of teens, a vision. It says "server" recruitment, but I fail to see anything regarding a server in this post. You can have awards, you can have money and you can even own a company. But to walk onto a forum and start waving your schlong of ideas around. I don't think you'll be getting anyone to apply here. What is the server? Nobody gives a shit about your idea if you don't share it.

Thanks for the feedback. I do know in fact that there are people on this site that are not just "teens." At the bottom of the post, it states you'll be applying for an HCF server. Our idea was shared, it is the HR Post.

You shared your idea of what the server will be, to the staff. Not to the players. What are the things that will help the server grow? What will you do to scale the server in terms of a playerbase? How do you plan to tackle/sideswipe other current successful hcf servers?[DOUBLEPOST=1504275518][/DOUBLEPOST]That is what people want to see, not what you plan to do with staff. That is a given.

I'm not allowed to give insight on how we'll combat other HCF servers, but it's revolutionary. This is a post for players wanting to work on a server with a driving passion to become something big. A lot of the questions you asked as a "player" cannot be disclosed as we're looking to be the first to ever do it. Our owner has been planning this months in advance, and trust me, every question you asked has an answer, it just cannot be disclosed on a thread like this. I understand that can be a turn-away for some people, but it's just something that will not be disclosed as most of the things you discussed have never been executed.

A recommendation that I will give to you;
If you cannot elaborate how your server (with a "Ivy League Business Student") will succeed. My suggestion is to trash this thread temporarily and re-post it once you have the idea backed up with evidence and reasoning behind success. Until then, I can't see this server acquiring more than a few decent staff members.

We are only looking for a few decent ones. Hence our extreme vetting process.
