⊪・🔨・tosThis Terms of Service, or ToS, is designated to business transactions and dealings involving Diekieboy (Discord tag - Diekieboy#0001). Any breach of the ToS is subject to a legal dispute by Diekieboy involving any criminality, wrongdoing or malfeasance.
1. When performing business with Diekieboy, all transactions must be performed via the support bot in the Discord. Payments will be made through PayPal Goods & Services.
2. Diekieboy has the right to deny service to any possible customer. Diekieboy may also choose to stop a commission if they are unsatisfied with certain circumstances which could be but are not limited to unavailability, unfair treatment from the client, ignoring of messages or questions, etc. A refund may be possible only if no work has been completed, otherwise an evaluation will occur to determine how much of a refund is viable.
3. Any agreement or contract must be directly with Diekieboy within a Ticket clearly detailing what is necessary to work.
4. All communication times listed by Diekieboy or response times will be based on the time zone GMT+2.
5. At no time should a Worker be contacted privately, all dealings must be within the server and only within it.
6. When a business transaction occurs, the two parties including the customer and Diekieboy will agree on a deadline, and the price will be based on the client’s profile (ex. If they have a donor rank or are a new customer).
7. Payment is required on a weekly basis, in which Diekieboy registers their hours and will send you an invoice based on the time they worked. Sunday is considered the end of the week and that is when invoices will be sent out.
8. When a company and/or server does not pay its invoice at the end of the week, a count of days will begin where they will obtain rent for not paying.
