Im looking for a host to host a 24/7 Minecraft server that is in versions 1.7 and 1.8, for a reasonable price, and is able to hold about 500 people very smoothly.

If you have 500 players you should get a dedicated server. Is 500 your actual number or you do just "think" you will get 500 players?

So where where do I find the plan for this? On the website I only seem to be able to find a plan that is $25 monthly. Also, what separates the $25 one from the plan you say is $75?

The $75GB one is shown here. The $25 one is shared hosting and that can be found here. I would recommend our E3 for the amount of players you will have playing on your server.
