KothStart is a new plugin to let your players start a koth with their own opinions. They can select self which map they can activate and for how long. There's also a global cooldown for everyone with the permissions to use /kothstart. This plugin is good for donator ranks and it's for Factions, Skyblock, Prison and any other server type. The best part of the plugin is, that its completely customizable by you!

We've uploaded the plugin sunday so about 4 days it's uploaded on Spigot.
