250 by 250 WarZone (CUSTOM TERRAIN)

Hey bros,

So I am basically looking for a 250 by 250 custom terrain with a world. As in, I need a server map but I just need 300 by 250 to be custom terrain for my Spawn. Everything else can be normal, like a regular Minecraft world. I know a few people are currently doing custom terrains; However, Ivain is only doing 500 by 500 and I need a 250 by 250 with a regular world. This will be used for a factions spawn.
