I’ll make this simple.
I never scammed.
I paid this user $200 for 3 builds (which is already absurd) including a $30 fee to receive the builds early (which he failed to do) and when I requested edits, he agreed but then before editing the builds (knowing I needed the builds ASAP) tried charging me another $30 for the edits. That’s called bait and switch. The edits could have been made with simple copy and pastes, it was nothing complex. After this, I had enough and opened a chargeback report against him, provided all the evidence I could, and let PP decide. He provided his evidence, whatever it was, and I provided mine. They agreed with me and gave me back my $199. There’s a reason...

This is all I have to say on the matter.
If you want to call me a scammer and chastise me go ahead but I don’t care. I argued my side so your opinion is entitled to you.

I didn’t want the deal to go this way nor will I be using anything CL sent as it wasn’t paid for. It’s unfortunate but he’s still a competent builder and is easy to talk to so best of luck.
