Here's a tip, go on your notepad. Make a list of all your buildings that you've built. Afterwards, get rid of them after each one is sold.
For an example:
250x250 Faction Spawn
50x50 Mini House
204x279 Mansion
So, let's say.. Someone bought the 50x50 Mini House for $5 then you would cross it out..
250x250 Faction Spawn
204x279 Mansion
You now have 2 buildings to sell.. Another way is..
250x250 Faction Spawn - Not Sold
50x50 Mini House - Sold
204x279 Mansion - Not Sold
