OP, the reason this is not worth the price is because the warzone is very empty, and the inside of the spawn is as well. If you make the inside more interesting (marketstalls, houses etc) and add some variation to the warzone (some trees, small hills, etc) , you should be able to ask 200 for it. lacking that, however, its unlikely.

There is a market place, houses and some trees already ^^
I edit, now it's 200.
I also add an album, now you can see the pictures.
Why do the pictures have that weird watermark, it rather distracts people from the actual build.
Yeah, I see why i was confused now. The inside seems more interesting now, but the warzone is still pretty empty around the spawn. It shouldn't be too cluttered, of course, but it should be somewhat less flat.
I don't know what is weird with the pictures. What is wrong with them?
