looks fancy, but I'm not sure if this is ideal gameplay-wise. I recommend you add in a few paths that lead to the top in separate ways, using slabs or stairs for smooth walking. maybe a few intersections for those paths.
Then you should be able to add $5 to the price, since it would become much more useful.
