And you must be misinformed, .sg domains are expensive relative to other TLDs (their prices dropped a bit, but not by much); they're not $0.99. Please do research before commenting. Thanks.

Afiak they were banned for something else, but I'm not sure. The domain was fully transferred to me and I have complete ownership of it. If necessary, I'd be more than happy to use a trusted middleman if the other party is skeptical.
