Salutations people.
I figured I'd give the kids here a shot at this first before hunting down some people from Animator Guild.

I'm looking for someone to make me a hand drawn 2D intro for a youtube podcast I've started.
Its basically going to be the back of a man sitting in a boat with a fishing rod, and he drops his line into the water which bubbles to reveal our logo.
Nothing complicated, pretty straight forward and simple.
I can do the story board for it and character/set design.
I will pay what this is worth, But you MUST have a Portfolio with past animation work.
