I forgot my password and I log in using google+, so I can't access my 2FA page nor enable/disable it. Provide some workaround to this such as logging in using google to access the 2FA page please.

You need to find a way to access your Google+ account, because providing a workaround to this is like providing a backdoor into your security. After you have recovered your password, switch off from authenticating from an external platform (use email/password for MCM). I don't like it because it relies on an external service to facilitate, and because of situations like this.
Also just for your information, you should get 2fa backup codes when you have 2fa enabled. Write them on a piece of paper and don't forget or destroy it.
I'd recommend, in the event you cannot recover your password, making a support request and getting it forcefully changed if possible.
