Dammit, I used this seller and there deffinitly a scammer. Haven't heard back in a few days.
Damn scammers, scum of the earth. Actually create something already!

I have his IP and will see if PayPal can get his account limited. He isn't a verified PayPal user either.

Pp support is worthless,

But you can do a scam report against them, so that their IP gets banned and they can never scam anyone else, or deal with anyone else on here. Plus if they value their account, they will refund you, its worth a try

Doesn't seem like this dude values his account much...
And its less about the money and more that I really just don't want this guy to get away with it.
