2nd & 3rd owners for Cortex Network

Hello, I'm yeahs. I manage servers & community events (just started, but I have big plans) and I'm currently working on a PvP network called Cortex. As of now, I'm done with the US proxy, 1 Hub & the Practice server.

I was the original owner and founder of Valhalla/Ocha which didn't work out as I planned. I made lots of mistakes with Ocha and I can see that. I know where and how I made those mistakes. This time with Cortex, I aim to avoid those mistakes and create a successful network which people can PvP on and enjoy it.

I plan to add many other gamemodes such as HCF & Kitmap as well as some other custom gamemodes I thought of, but right now I only have Practice setup. The Practice has a fully functional core made by Irantwomiles, it has some unique features that no other practice plugins have such as KOTH mode for team fights and team bard.

I haven't bought any dedis or advertisement yet, but I have some hosting services and YouTubers in mind. I have a 10GB server for the main practice server which is located in New York, Buffalo so it's pretty smooth for now. I'm hosting a 10v10 KOTH team fight event there, which you can sign up for at http://www.mc-market.org/threads/185557/, you can enter that and see how it is to see how the KB and PvP before applying for owner if you'd like.

So now that I've explained what Cortex is, here's where the recruitment comes in play.

• You must be experienced in owning a server or network, this isn't a learning experience.
• You must be mature and give Cortex a professional image.
• You must have TeamSpeak, Discord & Skype and be active on all of them.
• You must be active and actually get work done as an owner.
  
• You can't make any major changes without the other owners' approval.
• You can't use any leaked plugins, jars or files.
• You can't redistribute or resell any of the server files or content.
• You can't abuse your powers as an owner for a player or friend.
• You can't "grief" the server, files, or anything to do with Cortex.
• You can't use the servers money for yourself or purchase anything without the other owners' approval.
• You can't advertise Cortex on another server.
• You can't cheat against players unless they know and allow you to.
• You can't give staff or Famous/YouTube ranks to players without other owners approving.

And I think that's it, if you can do all of those without a problem, you're good. If I forgot anything big that's required, please let me know.
