2nd Thoughts Of Minecraft

Hello,

So recently I never thought the day will come but it really has struck me this past month. I have been beginning to lose interest into the game. I have no idea what it is but all I been doing on servers are AFK and talk to people. I use to play some HCF with friends. A lot of that has changed since they're quitting and some are just plain bad and takes years to teach and they just lose interest and not do anything.

The new Minecraft survival updates have not really interest me because it does not feel like minecraft at this point. Right now I have no clue what to honestly expect. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do now or just quit the game completely and find a new start.

I don't play MC anymore.
I just make stuff for it and come on here to see other things or any MC related stuff that may spark my interest.

Play other games, have a laugh with it and keep doing business related stuff on here for MC or other games or platforms.

I recently left a server I used to Dev for, Ide go on to bug test or chill now and then whilst on TeamSpeak but just afk or run around doing nothing. So I am the exact same. MC is not the same it was years and years ago, but then again we were all young and met people on non-toxic survival servers that you could actually make new friends on and make a town or something.

Miss it so very much.

Maybe look into Unturned Servers, Rust, Etc...

I really think Minecraft is going downhill soon,

1. Mostly everyone plays on 1.8/1.7 and I doubt Mojang would go backward and use the good features again
2. let's be honest here, it's a little kids game, it isn't gonna be fun forever.

ngl i hardly play 1.11.2 anymore, but i come back to the latest versions to give em a whirl.

But on a more serious side, I was at a point where i really didn't "play". Just like you all I did was AFK, and browse the dankest of all memes. Soon enough, I felt like i needed to do somethin else, so i was like:

basically i was bored, and went to rando servers and played them to see if i liked them or not. now all i do is meme, dank meme.

honestly many people like the old combat system, and it wouldnt be too hard for mojang to implement something like "/gamerule oldCombat true:false" or something of the sort. But then again, im not a minecraft developer - so i dont know :shrug:

You could just go on rando servers until you find something you like, or just find out what you do like and go see if there's a server out there that interests you.

MC sucks, would go ahead and find other interests in other games like H1z1 (Extremely fun) etc
