Introduction
I need a second website developer to work with me as I've landed a massive deal with pingperfect.com.

The Applicant
Needs to have 3+ years experience, and be competent with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and PHP.
Should also be able to deliver quality coding from scratch and meet deadlines that come with them.
Should also be able to dedicate 25 hours/week to website development.
17 years of age or more.

Benifts
You shall receive 80% of any website you create through me.
My website prices.
Increased traffic.
Better pricing than MCM.

hm. How is this more beneficial for developers than them just marketing themselves and earning 100% of what they earn?

Because I will generate more traffic, and they will pay more as the clients aren't all 13 year olds, like most here.
