These builds come as is, I am not the original builder. I have only tested the schematics on 1.17.1, I do not know on which other versions these work, but it seems to be made with all older blocks. (I'm guessing 1.12)

Build #1; Aquatic Style.
This build has an aquatic theme, it has 5 places for NPC's, but has enough space to expand if you need more, all around the spawn there are fishes and other sea related decorations.

Build #2; Medieval/Town Style.
This build is farely large and gives you a lot of space to put shops or any other type of NPC's, this could be used as a Skyblock, Survival or SMP server spawn.
