3/4 of my internet is down

Today, my internet can't load up 3/4 of the internet. I can't get on google,amazon,minecraft,apple and more. Also i can't access my ISP's website (talktalk.co.uk). I changed my dns and still didn't work, currently i have no contact with talktalk and openreach. But other people in my street there internet works, idk if my line is faulty or if open reach was in the cabinet and damaged it.
