2.1 - You may not open a dispute over the chosen Payment Processor, (PayPal), for any items purchased from Green Bat Industries. If you open a dispute, you are claiming that you have either not received a product, received the wrong product, or received a product that was not as described. In any case, you should always directly contact Green Bat Industries directly before going to PayPal, as this can resolve most issues.
2.2 - You may not directly charge back on payments through your Credit Card Issuer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the product downloaded from Green Bat Industries will be compatible with what the buyer intends to use the product with.
*4.2 - Green Bat Industries can not be held liable for any data loss, downtime, loss of income, etc. because of a product downloaded and or purchased from Green Bat Industries. As stated in article 4.1, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the product downloaded from Green Bat Industries will be compatible with what the buyer intends to use the product with.
