What kind of bot is it? Fun, moderation, ticket system or what?

What can it do?: The bot can make discord players get jobs. If youre messaging alot u can get a rank that the bot gives u named talker. This does so whenever in the minecraft server u can get coins by talking. <-- Bad example but you get the point.

a bot that can be a freelancing machine
what i mean is: a bot which have specific jobs that can be given to users, example:

a editor job
and also that bot can make people contact with each other like

if someone is searching for an editor he can type (! request editor (bugdet) (type) (when you want the video to be done) (etc)
this bot isn't just for editors it can be for any online job!
