Don't be a dick, he is not required to take half first, then rest when it is done, not how it works sometimes. He is free to choose how it wants it done, and its 3$, I do not see why someone who donated to this site, would scam for 3$. Plus, you are probably the one who would scam, your comment @ the end was just childish. But, oh well. Can't change people. People like you are unfixable.

There is a way to fix it, but I do not know the HTML code for it, something along the lines of [IMAGE](link)[/IMAGE] or something like that
