Hey Guys!

There is this survey I am asking you to take, so that a charity of my choice gets some money. This charity is the American Heart Association since people very close to me (Grandpa on both sides) have passed away. If you take this survey, $10 goes to charity maxed out at 20 participants.

What is required:
Email and Phone Number

Your email and phone number are never seen by me. They are only handled by Vantiv which is a multi-billion dollar company for security reasons. You will not receive any stuff from the company unless you want to.

Here is the link:
https://ip.vantiv.com/quiz/taker/3599

Please take it.
I really appreciate it.

I'm sorry for your loss but this questionair is a scam to get your email and phone number to put on a long list or sold to cold callers, I would definitely complete this if it was a survey to see how heart disease effects people but this is different, it's quite sad you'd do this.
Oh dang

Actually, They just use it for verification purposes. I always tell people to BS phone numbers/emails because they don't check.[DOUBLEPOST=1467297413][/DOUBLEPOST]

Also, they give $10 to the charity per survey. It is definitely worth it.
