So you're going to set a "requirement" of at least 2 hours, but if you're* on for less than 4 hours you're getting "fired"? Seems good.

I don't find it appealing doing very basic math
If you paid $50 per month. If you're working 2h you get $0.80 per hour and if 4h $0.40 hour

For $100 per month
Working 2h $1,66 an hour
For 4h of work $0.80
