Thinking to create a pvp server, looking for dev that wants to work for 30-50$\week

I wouldnt say in hours but completing the tasks that i asked.
And would like to discuss about the work that is needed in my server.

So if a dev works on a custom plugin for lets say 6+ hours a day, they only get $3?
50c/hour....

LMAO might aswell get him to wipe the shit off your shoes while your at it , any good dev will charge $20+ per hour and if you want a server setup it would be cheaper just to buy a setup

I know this point has been made a hundred times in this thread already, but I think it needs retelling. Hirakazu - you will not find a dev for that amount. Development takes time and dedication, and if you want someone to be dedicated to doing your projects then $30 provides no motivation for them. Depending on how much you are willing to pay, you need to up it!
