Reason of sale:

I was planning to expand TechCloud into other marketplaces with the intent of gaining larger profits and negotiating deals with large servers. My only intent was expanding the business, and I no longer want to base it off MCM because I simply do not have enough time to keep up with the amount of requests on here, knowing that a good portion of them offer lower payments than usual. Such exposure (expanding to other markets) would require me to contract my employees and file taxes on behalf of the company after significant profit. Registering the company is also necessary in this case. I am not able to complete the task of expanding the company due to lack of experience and I do not want to have liability in regards to potential legal conflicts (which is a possibility when you plan to deal with large payments). I figured the best option at this point would be to sell ownership of the service team and its assets. To summarize, I think expanding to other markets would be much more profitable, however I am not able to achieve that task. This led me into deciding to sell the business.

Service revenue:

September = $1867 ($373 profit)

October = $1458 ($292 profit)

November = $1580 ($316 profit)

December = No direct profit because team was temporarily owned by Satan during my inactivity

January = $1301 ($260 profit)

I get 20% of each commission which means I was able to earn $1241 in total profit. This may seem like a small amount, however this industry allows you to gain resources (which is why I have been doing this). I am proud to say that I have good business relationships with some of the best designers, developers, builders, terraformers, and managers all over the market. School was always a factor that affected earnings and I only worked on TechCloud during my free time (which got me to earn $300/month, although I had a lot of inactivity). If you are able to expand this service team to other markets, you will be able to triple the current average monthly earnings.

Sale components:

1. Website: Professional frontend display and backend which allows you to update the portfolio directly on the website. (credit to rexs123)

www.techcloud.site, http://www.techcloud.site/sign-in,

2. Graphics: I have a lot more graphics which have different layouts, colors and sizes in order to adjust to any platform. (credit to Paradise and MaximC)

3. Discord server: Almost 300 users which consist of team members and clients.

4. Business account (TechCloud : 30+ reputation) and threads.

5. Domain: techcloud.site

6. Hosting (www.tigernode.com), Support email ([email protected]), and Twitter (https://twitter.com/techcloudmedia) account logins.

7. Document ownership: Management Guide, Direct Portfolios

I definitely recommend viewing the direct portfolios and our team portfolio (www.techcloud.site/portfolio). The TechCloud team consists of talented individuals and the capabilities are endless.

Big ol' vouch for a good co-worker of mine.

Taco reached out to me a few months ago about potential management and since then we have developed a friendship. Sad to see TechCloud moving owners but I am hoping it is a positive change. Taco invested a lot of time into this service company, it is well known and can make all potential buyers huge amounts of revenue.

It's nice working at TechCloud. People are nice and personally I only got good commissions (ex: not a $5 one, usually $30+ although probably more, I forgot), some of which were from FatTaco himself. Although TechCloud takes 20% of the commission you still earn quite a decent amount since this team focuses mainly on larger orders. Even without sales reps, FatTaco has worked tirelessly to get us commissions which I respect. Hopefully the new owner will be as dedicated if TechCloud does get sold.

(btw I'm an artist).

How many team members are there in total? And will they all be staying?
Also, around how many orders did you get Weekly?

40 team members, everyone is staying. A few team members don't have a public portfolio however most portfolios are on this document.
I'm not really sure how many orders I got weekly. It really depends on the week and how much availability the team has. There are probably around 4-6 commissions that go through on an average week, because we tend to focus on larger jobs with more pay. A lot of clients contact us for quotes, however we usually don't aim for requests lower than $50.

I'm upset to know this is going to someone else. It was doing so great. I remember when your first thread on the business account came out.
I hope this moves to someone who can take care of it, like a lot.
