Are you kidding, setting a BIN at 2.5k is a fucking joke, even if it's just a number. You might want to be more realistic about this as in my experience, servers like these will go for around $500 max even with all the time and effort you've put in. I would suggest you re-evaluate this whole sale. This is just my opinion tho but this just seems rediculous to me.

No. I'm personally not a builder. The builds I use are usually made by friends. One exception is the FFA one, though.
