30s thread cooldown

There are a lot of double posts which are literally the same thing but they accidentally clicked twice instead of once.

So, my idea is to make a 30 second cooldown between posting threads.
Like that we won't have any more double posts \[OuO]/

It happened sometimes when the page don't want to load and you click the "post" button couple of times and you post 2-3 or more threads.

I agree that a cooldown would be a pretty good way to solve this problem. It's been planned for a while, but it's good that there's a suggestion thread for it here.
