30x Prison Mines [NON EXCLUSIVE]

I need 30 prison mines that are all 60x60 and 10 of them are 70x70 and better (donator mines) give me some prices because whenever i put a price up its either to low or to high and im getting ripped off.

Also the mines size does not include the actual mine, that should be like 20x20x20

Ivain has a non-exclusive build store with some options for prison mines, i'm not sure if it fits your requirements though if you are looking for non-exclusive they are probably already made so it might be difficult.
