I'm currently looking for a colleague that is looking for employment in work.
This person must be a good alpha (self confidence, the way you speak, the way you deal with things, the way you reflect your actions, etc), must be minimum 15 years of age, must be good in English (spelling, grammar, etc), must be motivated & willing to make our goals come to reality, must be experienced & taught well, must be able to invest minimum $150-$200 monthly along with others from the Executive team, & MOST importantly, must have a heart that cares & won't betray me or anyone else in the tough moments of the project(s).
Now, here's were I'm going to speak about myself & how things are going to function.
You could consider me the Project Manager. A person who sets up everything & remains the Chief Executive Officer, but doesn't receive any form of payment as he doesn't invest any. Therefore, all investing related scenarios are for the other members of the Executive team who will fund minimum $150-$200 monthly. Of course, a distribution of money system will be created if we first can get a proper Executive team.
I've been in this community for a while, working & trying to make my name familiar within the community. The best way to do it is by creating a very successful top notch network that will be somewhat a shock block when users join. No I'm not doing this only for my reputation, but also for my own sake of happiness & enjoyment with what I do. As of now, I have pretty much everything setup as I had my own network that was being worked on that I dropped as everyone I worked with left me which is because they weren't free or simply disappeared all the sudden. Therefore, I decided to start fresh but to keep the important documents etc with me. As of now, IF I'm able to get a good Executive team with around minimum 3 Owners & each can invest $150-$200 monthly, that's a BINGO! The game mode, style, EVERYTHING will be discussed by the top tier team which is Owners. And of course, a democracy system will be set up as I believe everyone deserves what they deserve.
