My new build called Golden Retreat, I am putting up for sale. This build is meant to resemble a fantasy pirate colony(not realistic).
Things of importance:
- There is no interior included in any of the buildings or ships.
- The build is 320x350 including the water.
- Water here is actually shades of blue glass therefore players can walk on it over to the ships.
- Plenty of good spaces for NPCs, crates, or whatever.
- I'm selling this semi-exclusively. Meaning You(the buyer), a couple renderers, and I would have the file. However, the renderers wouldn't use or distribute it either I'm sure.
