Actually he isnt gonna open a hosting company based on minecraft server. There isnt actually much company who offer csgo server so why don't let him try ? (I understand your point of view but don't be rude please)
Anyway, the hosting company world is really hard. If you aren't gonna get much funds and a legal company, don't create one.
