Not completely sure but people can easily get the same quality & detail from a build team for 60$ - 120$ USD and have it completely custom. I've gotten End Warps, Nether Warps, and Spawns, and PVP arenas for less than this @ the same quality & detail. I think it looks really nice, and I would offer on it, but not from anywhere near that price.

Show me please. And I have gotten multiple appraisals from many known builders and they all say the pricing is right. MCM is just not the right market for these kind of builds.. People are cheap on here.

People are always cheap. The point is to get things at the right price and make more money then you spend. I'm not going to throw peoples names out because you asked for them. I'm not trying to make competition / make people spend more or less money on this. If you & your appraisers found that the be a reasonable price, good on them. But 14 days without a single comment / bid might reflect the correct value. GL with sales fam.

However the price you pay also stands at the quality you get in return. It looks outstanding, and however buys will get a good spawn.
