Good start, but it needs some more depth to really be worth the cash. HQ isn't something I'd just throw around though.

If he thinks it is HQ, then let him think it. I think it is a nice build, but could use some more detail and depth. Looks a bit plain.

Don't worry. You didn't come across as mean. It's our first build but, hey, we're trying. We're going to add some depth the build.
It just takes time and many tries to become a high quality builder haha I've been building for about 6 years and I'm still not even close to as good as some of these people! Adding more depth will make this build pretty nice! goodluck!

There is a difference, but it's that your's is a higher quality and has another mine. His was definitely based off of yours, but not the same

All I can see is the floor that looks the same. Sorry, I will make sure not to use stonebricks and spruce in the near future.
To be honest, every build in minecraft is a spin off of something else, so I don't see why this is a big deal considering they are similar, but no where near the same
