(Hopefully this is the right place to post this)
I'm currently working on certain projects, including an First Person Shooter gamemode on a stand-alone launcher for MC.
This is a long-term project with no super fast development, but still amazing to work on.
Last week I came across something regarding a very old First Person Shooter game I used to play as a kid in 2012, sadly the development stopped in 2016 but some people got the source code and made it somewhat work again.
Unfortunately I did not get it to work but I was thinking.. "I cannot code, but I can make quality 3D models (For minecraft) and build some things.. What if?"
So that's where my idea began to develop.
I am basically looking for someone who is a great marketing person and wants to invest in a new server.
I am, therefore as well, looking for someone who is in the need of a 3D modeler (&/or Builder)
Now there's an issue.
I am a 3D modeler but that takes up a lot of time, meaning the person who wants to invest would have to hire me as well.
Using an hour loan or preferably paying per finished 3D model.
There's one great thing though, I am also a builder so I can build maps/structures/etc. for quite a small fee if you also need 3D models.
And the idea is as following:
A server that is based on multiple First Person shooting gamemodes.
But is also (sub)based on a few different themes: WW2, Modern Warfare, Cartoony Paintball and Futuristic.
You could have one resource pack per theme (to keep the file size as small as possible) or one big pack that contains all themes (larger file size).
I could create both the 3D models aswell as (parts) of the playable maps.
Do you know anyone or are you the person who recognizes this story?
And does that person need a 3D modeler by any chance?
