Depending on the dimensions, hollow or solid, height, thickness of wire, etc depends on how much it will cost.
So unless you plan on making a half inch by half inch model, and painting them using your microscopic paint brushes with minimal movement errors, ya, it's gonna cost a pretty penny to make. Stop assuming and maybe do 30sec of research.
